Rochester, N.Y. — Rochester police have identified two people who died in a crash with a flaming SUV outside a concert venue on New Year’s day.
They’ve been identified as Justina Hughes, 28, of Geneva, Ontario County, and Joshua Orr, 29, of Webster, Monroe County, the Democrat and Chronicle reported.
